David Walker

David Walker is a partner at leading international law firm Latham & Watkins. He is an M&A lawyer with a particular focus on private equity work, including all forms of early and late stage investments. David has practised for over twenty years and is acknowledged as a leader in his field in various publications. He has given legal advice to a number of social enterprises over the years and was On Purpose’s lead lawyer until he joined the Board in 2013.
