Professional Experience

I am an ILM-qualified leadership coach & mentor with a focus on trust and relationship building. I have over seventeen years of cross-sector experience in Community Organising, campaigning, leadership training and group facilitation. Between 2002 and 2014 I served as the first Community Organizer in Germany and co-founded three independent community organisations in Berlin and Cologne. Since moving to the UK, I worked with Citizens UK on their European Leaders programme and led two flagship programmes for Business in the Community: Business Class, an Education Partnership programme in UK Southeast and the Responsible Business Awards.

Since 2018 I lead the Front of House Team at Bootstrap Charity, including Executive Coaching, Building Internal Markets and leading the Development of key parts of the Employability Charity. Since 2013 I am the Network Driver for the UK Responsible Leaders Network of the BMW Foundation, leading the development of the program and increasing connections through Action Learning and peer coaching formats.

I am also a Senior Associate with Koreo and Gallanach, working with large UK third sector organisations, and local authorities.
