Sajni Shah

After completing her undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics (MORSE) at the University of Warwick, Sajni started her professional career at Deutsche Bank. During her time there, she worked to ensure the traders marked their books accurately and also worked in the Risk division, focusing specifically on derivatives. She earned her CFA charter and moved to work in the investment management industry, managing global, multi-asset funds. She ran the derivatives structuring, trading, risk management and financial modelling for the business. Her memories from her childhood in Kenya have been her inspiration to do more to help the less privileged, bringing her to the On Purpose Associate Programme.
