I am the founder of EvolvExplore, our mission is to democratise the world of executive coaching by offering high end accredited coaching, consulting & facilitation services to all individuals, entrepreneurs & organisations. There are four key values that motivated me to become a coach. These are a desire to experience equality, justice and fairness, with a true sense of community in the world. I believe in the value of coaching and I feel it should be available to everyone. It is important to empower individuals from all walks of life and promote social responsibility in ourselves, our communities and our corporations. EvolvExplore offers outdoor coaching, creative wellbeing & a social impact bookclub. Our executive coaching focus is on inclusive leadership.
