Ed is a Partner in the Tech, Media & Telecom sector at SkillCapital, a PE focused search and advisory firm.
He has been mentoring at OnPurpose since 2013 and loves working with amazing people and businesses that make a difference to society. Building on a varied career from a start-up trying to scale happiness, to the more mainstream Amazon and BCG, after a stint in the Army, Ed is passionate about coaching and developing everyone’s own leadership style, to help people to understand and utilise their own values and perspectives to build trust between organisations and society through social impact work.
Ed has an Honours Degree in Experimental Psychology from Bristol University, is a fanatical sportsperson, wannabe ultra-runner (“...kids get in the way...?”), and has travelled extensively in Africa, S. America and across Europe and loves exploring new places.
