We work mainly in the fields of global health, education, development finance, global financing architecture for development, humanitarian assistance, and donor analytics. We support organisations from diagnosis all the way to implementation of strategies and new initiatives and also help them maximize the impact of a wide range of existing programs. Therefore, we always use an integrated consulting approach: we combine rigorous fact-based analysis and strategic insight with an understanding of organizational dynamics and with the underlying conditions for systemic change.
