Over 20 years as a CEO of purpose-led organisations gives me deep foundations in leading through change, crisis and growth. My work is inspired by the shift from striving to be 'THE best IN the world’ to being ‘MY best FOR the world’.
Before becoming a full-time executive coach, I led organisations across environment, mental health and community sectors, reflecting my lifetime’s interest in the relationship between society and the environment. These systemic insights enrich my leadership development work with purpose-led CEOs across social enterprises, charities and SMEs (including a couple of years leading On Purpose’s CEO Programme 2017-2018).
I’ve served as a Non Exec Director for a range of organisations including a housing association, a primary school and Women’s Aid. Currently I’m enjoying co-Chairing the growing community charity, The Orchard Project, Judging the Green Flag Awards (for parks and greenspaces across the UK), Business Mentoring with The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network (TERN) and coaching with She Leads Change.
As well as keeping bees on my organic allotment, I cycle wherever I can and sail whenever I can.
I qualified as a Business Coaching with Meyler Campbell and a Team Coach with Team Coaching Studio.
