Nicky Dunlop

Nicky has spent 7 years in the travel industry, 5 of which she worked for one of the world's largest travel agency groups, dealing with retail and corporate clients, including those in financial, creative, retail and telecommunications industries. She achieved a Global Sales Award in 2015-2016.

More recently, she headed up an Operations team in a boutique corporate travel management company, streamlining and developing new processes. Whilst there, she implemented a recycling scheme and encouraged better sustainable practices. Nicky is a fluent French speaker, with a BA Joint Honours French & Spanish from the University of Leeds.

She volunteers in her spare time with Goodgym and she is part of the global community of changemakers at We Make Change.

Nicky was encouraged to join On Purpose after observing unsustainable practices, particularly waste and environmental impact.

She is passionate about reducing plastic waste, ethical travel and opting for slow fashion. She enjoys playing and umpiring netball, photography and discovering new places.
