Big Society Capital (BSC) is the world's first social investment wholesaler. Our mission is to build a sustainable UK social investment market, so that charities and social enterprises have access to affordable and appropriate capital. We do this by investing in social investment finance intermediaries, developing their capacity to provide charities and social enterprises with access to new, appropriate and affordable sources of finance to increase their social impact and also by acting as a market champion. Our Associates will be working with both the investment, strategy and social sector teams to help with various investment and market championing projects. Previous Associates have conducted due diligence on intermediaries in BSC's pipeline, helped to develop BSC's social impact coordination efforts and contributed to building the organisation's strategy.
