Prior to joining On Purpose, Josephine had a 10 year career in Investment Banking, most recently with JP Morgan. The primary focus was in Hedge Fund Relations and Prime Brokerage. Having exited the industry she is starting a venture to help people manage the stresses of modern life, reconnect with their values, and enhance mental well-being. She is a qualified holistic therapist offering treatments in Massage and Reflexology. Josephine holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.
