Accelerate CIC

Accelerate CIC provide wound healing and lymphoedema treatment to patients in Tower Hamlets and across the southeast. Its team aims to demonstrate that outcomes will be significantly improved, NHS resources can be managed more efficiently and the quality of life of those with wounds can be significantly improved. In their placement, the Associate will learn about the challenges and opportunities of a small but growing social enterprise within the healthcare sector, and about how good business practice and a clinical vocation can work together to provide a solution-focussed environment for patients, clinicians, commissioners and staff. They will help Accelerate find business solutions, supporting them to grow safely and thrive in a difficult economic climate.
