Adam Swersky
Adam is an Associate Director at Social Finance UK, where he leads their work on supporting people with health conditions into employment. In this role, he developed and currently manages the world's first Social Impact Bond in mental health and employment. Adam is also an elected councillor the London Borough of Harrow, where is the cabinet member with responsibility for finance and commercialisation. He was previously a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group. Adam has an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in economics from Cambridge.
