Alice Crane

Prior to joining On Purpose, Alice was working as a project management and engineering consultant. She has 7 years experience working in the construction industry across major infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Her key areas of expertise include problem solving, programming, project management, change control, process improvement and collaborative working. In 2015 Alice was a finalist for Best Young Woman in Construction in the European Women in Construction and Engineering Awards, based on the project and community work she did whilst working on the Crossrail project. Alice is passionate about creating positive impact and has joined On Purpose to change the focus of her career and find greater job fulfillment. Alice has a BEng in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University.
