Clive Jackson
A Managing Director/Operations Director with over thirty years' experience in the strategy and management of change, particularly in the Logistics environment.
Clive has strong commercial and interpersonal skills gained within major foodservice, retail and logistics organisations and an excellent track record of delivering growth through customer satisfaction, exceptional team building and communication skills.
He spent the last twelve years of his career with Brake Bros. in a number of senior roles including Group Operations Director, Regional CEO in the Wholesale business, Change Programme Director and finally Managing Director of Brake Logistics in the UK and simultaneously Operations Director of the UK Wholesale food business.
Prior to joining Brakes Clive held a number of senior supply chain management positions with major Retail organisations in the UK including Tesco, B&Q and Superdrug as well as spending a period of time with Northern Foods where he was Business Development Director for NFT.
Clive has a BA(hons) degree in Business Studies and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Since retiring fours years ago Clive has immersed himself in the Charity and Social Enterprise sector and recently became chair of the board of trustees of Clarity, a social enterprise organisation which seeks to enhance the lives of visually impaired and disabled people through providing meaningful employment.
