Collaborate

We are an independent social business supporting cross-sector collaboration for ‘services to the public’ rather than public services.  We work with other ‘collaborators’ across all three sectors (public, private and social) on a range of thematic areas including demand management, health, education, justice, and digital.  We work collaboratively with our clients to address real and complex issues they may be facing around leadership, behaviour change, systems thinking, commissioning/procurement, co-production, citizen engagement) across diverse locations nationally and internationally. Our three main focus areas for delivering better services to the public of focus are: 1. Thinking: We provide a shared space for dialogue across sectors, by convening events and seminars to stimulate new thinking around public service delivery and capturing this through reports 2. Culture: We support and promote cultures that foster collaboration between individuals and organisations by hosting workshops and ‘festivals’ that challenge silo behaviours 3. Practice: We work with organisations and individuals to help them diagnose their current situations and develop tools that help put in place innovative practice that is collaborative by default. An OnPurpose Associate can expect to work on a number of exciting and challenging projects that will develop new skills and enhance their expertise and interests.
