Andrew Berwick

Andrew is a freelance consultant. He works with organisations focused on education and young people to develop their strategy and impact. Andrew's previous role was as CEO of The Access Project, an award-winning charity focused on widening participation at selective universities. He joined the organisation in 2012 and led its growth from 2 to 34 schools before stepping down in 2018. Andrew started his career as a secondary school teacher with the Teach First programme, before spending four years as a strategy consultant at PwC.
