Andy Nelson
Prior to joining On Purpose Andy had a career in management consulting with Accenture, did a stint at CitiGroup and then switched to the other end of the organisational scale and joined the leadership team of a 20 person digital research consultancy where he applied his people focused talent to help others succeed together, leading to acquisition in 2020.
More recently he has committed to do more than take his own bags to the supermarket and is now dedicating his career to the climate, sustainability, and impact space.
Andy is a business performance coach, a photographer, and a surfer (sometimes).
He holds a BSc in Management Science from Manchester business school and the Sustainable Leadership qualification from Cambridge University.
