Caitlin Cockerton
Caitlin is a business consultant and coach. She's been working in innovation for 13 years, with a keen focus in the health and wellbeing industry.
As a consultant, she's partnered with some of the world's most influential companies to help them both invent (new products, services and businesses) and to become more inventive (through capability building, cultural development and organisational change work). She loves this work as it allows her to problem solve in the sweet spots between consumer empathy and creation, as well as human behaviour and business strategy. However, the best part of her work lies in what runs parallel to the process and deliverables of any good consulting engagement - helping the development journeys of clients and co-workers. Caitlin knows that none of us are the finished article and whether you're a CEO or a junior out of university, she deeply enjoys working alongside people who approach a challenge with curiosity, humility, humanity and creativity, open to new possibilities and personal growth. This way of working changes lives and the world.
Caitlin is currently enriching her business innovation toolkit with professional coaching qualifications and has recently founded Great Heights Pathways, an experiential coaching company that takes personal and professional growth to inspiring natural landscapes. Her mission is to help people advance through work and life challenges from a more integrative perspective.
