On-Purpose

Danielle Lee

Danielle is passionate about helping individuals unleash their full potential and achieve sustainable performance by living their purpose and values. A Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the CIPD and a registered member of the BACP, Danielle has been coaching senior leaders, manages and teams throughout her 20+ years of working in Talent development, Organisation Development and Change in HR for companies across different industries such as HSBC, Telefonica O2 and IHG. Danielle is trained as a Gestalt psychotherapist and relational coach (Gestalt is about working in the here-and-now to raise awareness, through paying attention to a person's processes, their situation and relationship with the other).

Her approach is integrative and process-oriented; she uses mind, body and emotions-focused interventions, where appropriate and where clients are ready for any or a combination of them. She supports individuals and teams to raise their awareness as a way of bringing a deeper understanding of self and of change. She is the sort of coach who will challenge her coachees gently to extend their repertoire and stretch their comfort zone, using reflective practices as well as creative experimentation.

Outside of work and coaching, Danielle volunteers as a psychotherapist in a bereavement and counselling agency as well as an eating disorders clinic, seeing clients who experience anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, self-harming and other mental health issues.
