On-Purpose

David Green

David has been coaching since 2004 when he was lucky enough to have been trained by the late Sir John Whitmore, pioneer in the coaching industry and author of Coaching for Performance.

His employed career included successful roles at Friends Provident, Friends Life and Aviva developing one of the first corporate intranets, marketing financial services products, designing and facilitating a 5 Star company service improvement programme, managing a commended national sponsorship campaign and rebranding a FTSE 100 company.

Since 2012 David has been operating his own business, Improveon, which provides wellbeing consulting, coaching and speaking services to help individuals, teams and organisations thrive.

His coaching is driven by a passion to see a new breed of leadership, as demonstrated through his authorship of The Age of Wellbeing - A new leadership model for a happier world. (Free preview here - https://bit.ly/ageofwellbeingfreepreview).

This systemic approach has been designed to help leaders improve their own performance and impact across all stakeholders and the planet to deliver environmental, social and economic thriving.

He describes his approach to coaching as ‘reshaping boundaries’.
