David Leipziger

David is an expert in sustainable urban development with experience supporting cities like Nairobi, Bangkok, Mexico City, & Baku. He is a Principal at E Co Ltd., a climate-focused global development consultancy, and a Lecturer at the Foundation for International Education. From 2019-2021 he was chief urban mobility expert at the UK’s innovation agency, Innovate UK. David previously worked with the Institute for Transport & Development Policy in Nairobi and the World Resources Institute in Washington DC. He holds master’s degrees in urban planning and business from UCLA, as well as a BA from Brown University.
