Helena Gavrielides
Helena is from London and spent 9 years working in arts administration and marketing, most recently specialising in CRM and email marketing. Throughout her time in the arts, projects and roles have included touring musicians, working across recording sessions and photo shoots, learning about and promoting dementia-friendly events and ways of working, and leading the CRM team at the Royal Opera House.
Helena has a degree in German Studies and Music from the University of Birmingham and spent a year studying in Munich. She also has 6 years' experience as a swimming instructor and has worked as a singer at a variety of leading venues and festivals. Helena is deeply driven by improving people's health and wellbeing and is passionate about coaching and supporting women in the workplace.
