James Shearman

James joins On Purpose from the football industry having spent the past five years working as a consultant to an established international sports agency. He worked closely with key stakeholders to advise on player career management, club acquisitions, recruitment strategies, transfer brokerage and, risk management. He’s always had a strong interest in the power of sport and investment to empower communities for positive social change.

He has a BA in Business and Management and he is a former General Secretary of the British Virgin Islands Football Association.
