Javan Pyne
Prior to joining the Associate Programme, Javan worked in financial services for c.10 years specialising in governance, risk and compliance. This experience spanned retail, investment banking and the asset management sectors.
Javan is an advocate of lifelong learning and ‘paying things forward’. Particular areas of interest are within FinTech, ESG and the impact investing space. He has a growing passion for building direct relationships with sustainable growth opportunities in the Caribbean, Africa and the wider (often disenfranchised) diasporic communities based in the West. Javan strongly believes such growth is needed to further boost economic development and political leverage within these regions and the global arena, which in turn enhances the overall education, wellbeing and collective progress of such communities.
Javan holds a masters degree in Business Administration from Imperial College Business School, a graduate diploma in Law and bachelors degree in Politics. In his spare time Javan mentors young adults within his community to better equip them with the tools and knowledge to better navigate life’s obstacles.
