Karen Barke has worked in local authority urban regeneration and housing for over 15 years, and currently manages the Estate Regeneration and Housing Supply Programmes at Hackney Council, one of the biggest Council-led housebuilding initiatives in the UK. Leading two skilled in-house teams, Karen's vision will deliver an innovative, Council-led housebuilding programme of over 3,500 new homes across a range of tenures, alongside transformative economic and social benefits.
