Marie Ekerholm

I am hugely passionate and driven to be part of shaping future focused purposeful organisations and individuals to take ownership and responsibility for the impact we all make on the environment and society for a sustainable future and for the survival of humanity. The way I do this is through mentoring and coaching executives, board members and entrepreneurs in developing skills and a mindset of a belief that they can impact the future rather than just being swept along by it. 
I have a handful of board advisory roles, am a mentor to leaders of social impact organisations, and work on mindset and inclusiveness at board level to ensure organisations embed diversity and promote stakeholder governance above just looking after shareholders’ interests. 
 My background is unconventional and started in the corporate world as a qualified accountant with PwC and then went on to found a creative and sustainable business with successful exit ten years later. Subsequently, I have been coaching and mentoring many disruptive tech businesses in how to take an idea to market and how to fund it. This has led me to work as an executive coach to leaders who want to make an impact beyond the profit line both in terms of business and personally.
