Marlies Wisse
Marlies worked for On Purpose in the Learning and Development space and is inspired to continue to support the On Purpose community. She is a leadership coach with a particular focus on identifying the coachee's potential and reframing their limiting beliefs to free them up and achieve the things that matter most to them.
The great thing about coaching is that people are offered a space to explore where they want to head to and how to get there. It's about offering choice, raising awareness and accountability to achieve the things that matter most.
Marlies believes many of us are about to change for the better. She thinks we're currently in a very challenging time, with huge environmental, social and economical pressures all around us. She's both excited and fearful about changing the mindset away from competition and self interest to collaboration and serving a higher purpose. When we listen, emphatise and connect better with ourselves, others and the environment, we probably live in a much better place. Not an easy task, but hugely exciting and highly transformational.
Marlies holds a MSc in psychology and studied Economics. She worked in a number of consulting roles in different countries in the area of organisation transformation.
