Milo Warshaw

Prior to On Purpose, Milo worked at ShareAction, a leading responsible investment NGO, where he led research and investor engagement to influence climate and social policies at the world’s largest insurers and asset managers. Previously, at Kite Insights, he helped build The Climate School, developing executive education programmes and sustainability strategies for clients including Citi Group, Patagonia, and Standard Chartered. Alongside work, he co-founded EmpoweringEU as part of the B Team’s Energy Earthshot, a citizen engagement platform accelerating Europe’s energy transition. He is also a UK Youth Climate Coalition campaigner, where he brings clarity and creativity to youth-led calls for systemic change. Milo holds an MSc in Environment, Politics and Society from UCL, an undergraduate degree in Human Geography from Durham, and a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing. He joins On Purpose to deepen his leadership, learn how to scale impact-driven ventures, and collaborate with a mission-aligned community. Outside work, he enjoys slow travel, swimming, theatre, and public speaking with Toastmasters. He also loves volunteering with young people, teaching climate science in schools and mentoring young people and refugees.
