Murray Brown

After a lengthy background in international banking, Murray made his own career shift in 2019 to help large companies become more balanced and connected. He recently co-founded Wading Herons, a counter-consultancy with a passion for "getting to the heart of business". Murray emphasises the power of stories and language to shape meaning and connection; he is an advocate for both whole systems thinking and individual change in business, and views them as two sides of the same coin. A relatively late but enthusiastic fan of On Purpose, Murray has been a mentor since 2020.
