Renata Reis

Renata is a finance business leader with more than 25 years of work experience in different areas of the financial sector, including seven years as CFO of venture capital and private equity businesses, in which also acted as a board member of investees and fund manager, and ten years as an analyst supporting capital markets, M&A and corporate finance transactions at several investment banks. Renata has substantial experience in investment analysis, due diligence, restructuring, accounting and managerial reporting. She holds an MBA from Oxford University, a degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, a portfolio manager licence by the Brazilian securities commission, and a certificate in ESG Investing by CFA UK. Since a young age, Renata has been exposed to social inequalities and the powerful transformation that a sound education system can have. This experience has led her to a professional transition where she aims to use her business and financial skills to support projects and organisations to deliver sustainable positive impact.
