I am accredited to ACC level with of the International Coaching Federation and work to their code of ethics. I trained Henley Business School, a triple-accredited business school for Coaching and I have a background in NLP, having completed my Master Practitioner training in 2008.
I offer coaching to individuals as well as working with organisations and charities to support their people to grow and develop.
I am an accomplished senior leader with extensive leadership experience in fintech start-ups and scale-ups. I’ve been a co-founder/ investor/ core team member in several entrepreneurial ventures and I’ve seen the highs and lows that can offer. I have expertise in developing and executing commercial strategy, growing long-term partnerships, building high-performing teams and optimising operations for scale.
