Freya Holland-Maxwell

Freya joined On Purpose from Deloitte where she worked on a variety of Operations projects including establishing the PMO functions for organisations, evaluating the admissions process for a school, and reviewing a Learning Disability Service for a London borough. Prior to this she completed the Teach First scheme; teaching science at a north London academy. Freya has always been interested in confronting disadvantage and inequalities, and has volunteered extensively with children and young people or people with learning disabilities in England, Mongolia and Peru.
