Jenny Groot

Jenny started her career as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman, working across a broad range of industries primarily in consumer businesses in the strategy and operations space. As part of her work there she had the chance to work with different not-for-profit organisations, before leaving to become COO at Enabling Enterprise. Last year Jenny became COO of PEAS, Promoting Equality in African Schools, where she leads on finance, operations and the growth and improvement of their school networks in Uganda and Zambia.
