Kevin has been coaching On Purpose Associates for 7 years. He sees it as a great privilege to be able to use his experience as a senior HR Director for major Government Departments to help associates to take the best of the opportunities that their On Purpose experience provides. These are rewarding as well as enjoyable coaching relationships.
Kevin initially studied English Literature, was a career civil servant and since leaving full time work coaches individuals and teams to achieve better business success.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Society and of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is also a Companion of the order of the Bath (CB).
