Lieke van Andrichem
Before starting the On Purpose programme, Lieke van Adrichem worked as Project Manager and Product Developer at a Dutch R&D Life Sciences company where she was responsible for the development and overall project management of a functional food innovation programme: eggs for the prevention of macular degeneration (eye health). She studied the International Baccalaureate on a scholarship at the United World College in Singapore (a school for peace and sustainability) and graduated with honours from the Food Design & Innovation bachelor at the HAS Den Bosch University of Applied Sciences. Lieke also took courses in cultural anthropology, development sociology, psychology and intercultural communication at several Dutch universities. She encourages multidisciplinary collaboration to create a fair, healthy, and sustainable world.
