Matt Baird is a Managing Director with Omers Private Equity helping improve the performance of the fund’s portfolio companies in Europe.
Prior to this he was a partner with Alvarez & Marsal taking interim roles in businesses undergoing transformation, and earlier was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He began his career qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen. Throughout his career he has worked with many charities and social enterprises.
