Maya Bahoshy
Maya has spent the last 6 years working within international development and global health. Most recently, Maya worked for International Medical Corps, providing technical assistance for behaviour change programs looking at health, hygiene and nutrition in countries including Libya, Ethiopia and Turkey. In particular, Maya supported community engagement efforts around the Ebola response in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia. Prior to that, Maya spent two years in Jordan, where she worked for the health department in UNRWA, promoted CSR within hospitals for Legal Aid and developed conservation based youth engagement programs for the Petra National Trust.
Maya holds an MA in International Developments Studies from George Washington University, USA and a BA in Physiological Sciences from Oxford University.
