Neha Chandgothia

Neha has worked for over 7 years in banks, consultancy and asset management firms in the area of Risk Management and Regulatory Change. In these roles she led teams and facilitated implementation of risk change projects, portfolio management and risk reporting, all focusing primarily on Credit Risk. The roles involved working across global diverse teams, understanding regulatory requirements by applicable regulators and then facilitating the implementation of those changes. Prior to joining OnPurpose, she volunteered at Centrepoint (charity helping homeless young people) where she focused on data analytics and overall strategy for their volunteering program. It gave her an experience of working in the third sector. She has an MBA in Finance and Bachelors in Accountancy and Information Technology and has gained work experience in India and London. Outside of social enterprise, she enjoys cycling, playing the piano and being outdoors.
