Paddy Radcliffe

Before joining On Purpose, Paddy was a partner, consultant and coach with Telos Partners. There he worked closely with CEOs, their teams, and boards, advising them on strategy and transformation, and leadership and governance, helping them to create sustainable performance and success through a whole-system, outcomes-focussed approach. His experience has been across a wide range of sectors (inc. corporate and SME) and organisations (eg. Unilever, and Rolls Royce), but with a particular interest and focus on impact organisations, including a number of nationally recognised charities, public bodies and social enterprise eg. English Heritage, National Records of Scotland, Genesis Housing, the NHS (various) and UKSA, the sailing and youth development charity. Earlier in his career, Paddy was an account director at Tequila, the international marketing agency group (part of the TBWA network), in London and then Cape Town, and has also been an entrepreneur in his own right, including a (successful!) appearance on ‘Dragons’ Den’. Paddy joined On Purpose in September 2017 as Head of Operations, International.
