Simon Lucas

Simon read Philosophy and Politics at the University of Warwick. After a Sabbatical year as President of the Students’ Union, he joined the executive search firm Perrett Laver. In 2009 he led the creation of a new headhunting business called Society. He became Society’s full-time Managing Director in 2012. Society focuses on appointments for responsible business and purpose-driven organisations. The company gives 10% of its profits to The Society Foundation (www.society-Foundation.org), an independent charity that helps to tackle workforce inclusion issues. Simon is also a Governor of Hitchin Girls’ School in North Hertfordshire (www.hgs.herts.sch.uk).
