Tim Motz
Prior to becoming an On Purpose Associate, Tim was an EU Strategy adviser at Defra. He previously worked as a National Expert at the European Commission in Brussels, focussing on the illegal timber trade. Tim was shortlisted for a Civil Service Diversity and Inclusion Award for a scheme he founded offering free English tutoring to cleaning staff.
Tim studied European and Middle Eastern Languages at Oxford and received a postgraduate piano qualification from the Royal College of Music. He speaks several languages, including German, Spanish, and Farsi. He is a trustee of New Stoke Newington Synagogue and enjoys climbing and cycling.
