“I’m interested in learning more about the way organisations are using business solutions to address global problems. I want to meet like-minded individuals who are passionate about social change, and using innovative and sustainable measures to achieve it.”

Caitlin Ross

Caitlin Ross has a Bachelors degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Science in Development Studies from SOAS. Prior to joining On Purpose, Caitlin worked in the field of microfinance in Rwanda, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Haiti. Most recently, she developed and launched the first mobile repayment product for FINCA Haiti, allowing clients to make loan payments using their mobile phones. She is particularly interested in social enterprise as a mechanism for facilitating sustainable economic development.

On Purpose Placements

I found Caitlin to be a good listener, dynamic, and hardworking. The job she had wasn’t easy. She managed, single-handedly, a workshop on Theory of Change in Palestine with a group of British Council Society staff.
