Antonia Orr

Antonia Orr is Chief Executive of Coalition for Efficiency, a small and highly collaborative charity that helps leaders in the social sector to reflect on, measure and manage the impact of their organisation and initiatives. Prior to joining Coalition for Efficiency in 2015 Antonia led the development of a shared social value methodology for the community transport sector while General Manager at ECT Charity. Antonia is an On Purpose Fellow and sat on the Fellows Advisory Board. As an On Purpose Associate, she helped to launch and grow UnLtd’s Global Social Entrepreneurship Network - an international network for organisations supporting early stage social entrepreneurs. Antonia lived in Mexico and worked for and continues to support Semillas, a women’s fund supporting women-led grassroots organisations to close the gender gap. As a champion of female leaders, she co-founded the On Purpose Women in Leadership network and She Leads Change, a peer learning initiative for changemakers. In 2017, she was nominated in the NatWest WISE100 list.
