Pasha Michaelsen

Before joining On Purpose, Pasha worked for 9 years as a banking lawyer. As a senior associate at Clifford Chance, she advised companies, private equity firms and banks on acquisition loans and general finance, with an additional focus on social housing finance. Between her career as a solicitor and On Purpose, Pasha provided pro bono legal support to the Catholic Agency for Overseas Development. Outside of work, Pasha enjoys serving as a trustee for Praxis Community Projects, which provides support and advice for migrants. Pasha holds dual British American citizenship and completed her legal studies at Columbia University after having graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University with an AB in government.
