Jonathan Spencer
Jonathan previously worked at Network Rail, pulling together cross-functional teams and managing influential stakeholders to deliver multi-million pound infrastructure projects. After seven years, he was motivated to leave to pursue a career that was more aligned to his ambitions of helping people and the planet, having made personal changes in his life and habits to reduce his own impact.
Jonathan came to On Purpose to channel his personal passion and professional experience into positively impacting society; tackling the healthcare and climate crisis to create a more equal world for everyone to enjoy. Prior to the working world, Jonathan received a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys his morning walks with his dog Maeve, live music, perfecting the perfect espresso and dabbling (somewhat successfully) in DIY.
