Kat Gradek
Kat joined On Purpose after a decade in the private sector, including eight years at Amazon. Throughout her progressive career she has held a variety of roles such as relationship manager, vendor/brand consultant and marketing manager. She is a seasoned, PRINCE2 certified project and programme manager who has started up and scaled multiple strategic initiatives at the intersection of business, technology and operations.
Kat's biggest life passions are overland solo travel, international cooperation and personal development. She feels very fortunate to have spent 8 months traversing Africa by public transport, and volunteering on the way. Kat also loves reading, strong coffee and regular doses of Vitamin Sea.
Kat holds a BA in History from the University of Oxford and an MSc in International Relations from the LSE.
