Kia Wan
Kia (She/Her) is a passionate adventurer, motivated to make a difference in society. Before joining On Purpose, Kia worked in Hong Kong with all-rounded management experiences from diverse business sectors and social innovation. Her last position was Ecommerce Operation Manager in one of the top three media groups in Hong Kong.
Kia holds an MSc in International Business from the University of Exeter. During her one-year study, Kia also actively engaged in several social and start-up projects.
Her ability to speak three languages (Cantonese, English and Mandarin Chinese) and work experience with people from different countries has built her an international horizon that helps establish partnerships with various units and professionals. Besides this, Kia was an entrepreneur in both the social and business sectors. She was the founder of a private company KARMA Natural Care and a volunteering organisation VEGBO, which was awarded a Roadshow EcoStar Award 2015 (Outstanding Volunteer Group).
Outside work, Kia is a passionate baker who loves to feed her friends loads of cakes and cookies.
