Magdalena Smolanko
Prior to joining On Purpose Magda has spent 12 years working as a financial crime compliance professional in the financial industry (HSBC and Deutsche Bank). During that time, in addition to financial crime expertise, Magda has developed a diverse range of skills. In her most recent role at Deutsche Bank, she has worked as a Project Manager leading the design and implementation of a sustainable periodic independent model validation process for bank’s Client Risk Rating Methodology.
Magda joined On Purpose to learn, and explore her interests in sustainability, impact investing and circular economy, and to further opportunities within the social and environmental impact space. In her spare time, she enjoys doing yoga and discovering the world through reading books and travelling.
