Rebecca Sweetman

Becca is a qualified executive coach and experienced operational leader with a passion for supporting individuals and businesses to achieve their goals. Having started her career in management consultancy at McKinsey she then went on to set up the UK arm of an education-focussed, South African social enterprise. Since then she has been working with high growth startups including Kano, MOO and Babylon Health; initially as an operational leader and more recently as a coach, mentor and advisor. Outside of work she can often be found training and competing internationally in horseback archery.
