Stefanie Francois
Stef joins On Purpose with 10 years experience in management consultancy. Her key areas of expertise are change management, project delivery and stakeholder engagement. As a change manager, working with clients across industries, she has led teams on complex projects to develop effective plans and enable people to better prepare and adapt to change.
Stef often volunteers in her spare time and is keen to help tackle a variety of social and environmental issues. She has been involved in supporting a homelessness prevention initiative, a youth employment social enterprise as well as mental health and special needs education organisations. Stef is excited to bring her problem solving and engagement skills to work with businesses focused on making positive social and environmental impact.
Stef has a 2:1 degree in business management studies from University of Nottingham.
